With a degree in Drama, Psychology and Anthropology Kay Price-Lindsay started a casting company called Kayos Casting Directors with her husband Ross in 1996, casting over 2 500 local and international commercials to date. A maverick in the local film industry, Kay conceptualised, developed and launched WholeBangShoot (WBS)  an innovative online casting tool for casting directors, production companies, talent agents and artists.  In 2007 WBS was bought by Career Junction – An Avusa comany.UK’s Campaign Magazine voted her as one of the top  three Casting Directors in the World in their ‘Legends of Production’ insert in 2002.

Kay has completed the E-Myth Mastery Impact Program for business owners whose common assumptions, expectations and even technical expertise can get in the way of running a successful business. She has also completed Nancy Kline's 'Time to Think’ Foundation Programme and ‘Thinking Partnerships' and is a licensed De Bono ‘Lateral Thinking Facilitator & Trainer’. She uses her years of expertise and experience to help others maximise their potential through focusing on the challenges they face, and then using extremely simple tools to find radically creative and innovative lateral solutions which are also meaningful, functional and sustainable.
